I hate this new law that they have, can’t have your gas tank topped off! That means the needle on your gas gauge won’t ever say completely full!!! grrrrr “come on just top it off please”!!! tee hee!

Such beautiful animals! I always look forward to seeing these cows on my way to Sis house! 
When you live in the country you use your John Deere for yard ornaments!!!! Awesome looking tractor!

Tonights dinner was baked chicken, corn on the cob and yam mashed potatoes! I will be taking baked chicken in my lunches this week too!!!! 
Happiness is always having projects going! I am making a bobble blanket which is great pattern for using up leftover yarn!!!! This is going to be an awesome blanket!!!!
We are still having hot weather here, summer still getting it’s last bite of heat in!

I love yams and sweet potatoes, so I made yam fries!
Take two yams, remove skins, coat in a tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and kosher salt, bake in 425 deg oven for 30 minutes! I did 4 yams and baked in two batches!
Oh my gosh these are sooooooo good!
