I absolutely adore cast iron cooking!!!! What to have on a cold snowy winters day,
I cooked a bottom roast with lots of onion and carrots, popped it in the oven for about 3 1/2 hours and cooked some baked potatoes in the oven too! Yummmy!

I had to add an embellishment on her bear’s scarf! I made a daffodil from Lucy’s pattern at Attic24! Awesomeness! The bear is even smiling cuz she loves her new flower!!!!

Well I was hoping we would skate by without bad winter weather but it hit us today! Here are some pics for you to enjoy!

I am waiting for my signal so I can go into Hatfield, I love this old clock at Hillsboro Central. This makes for a pretty winter scene!
The snow started sticking fast, a Supervisor had to help us get out of the end of the line because our switches were acting up. 
I took back roads home because I knew the traffic wouldn’t be bad. Yay I made it home safe without any accidents!

With the wind chill factor at our house it is -4 degrees outside. I am dressed in layers, it’s going to be a “Hat-hair” day! I am not taking my hat off, going to keep my head warm! tee hee! Who cares about flat hair on cold cold days!!!!

When I went to the gas station I asked for a fill, well they don’t top off your tank anymore, so here I am driving down the road glancing at my gauge and saying ” the needle should read full, it isn’t full, should go back and make the FILL it so it reads FULL”
Two BFF’s road my train today! Snoopy and Woodstock brought smiles to people’s faces!

I collect movies and also my favorite television series! I have several in my collection. I am so happy my Burn Notice and Murder She Wrote arrived today! WoooHooo!
What is so nice about it is we can watch them with no commercial interruptions!

Taking a small break from my teddy bear projects and dug out my knitting needles. I am loving my cowl that I started! I’m using Caron yarn in autumn red.
It’s sunny and beautiful here today. It is supposed to be cold this week so I dug out my thermal under garments.
