I like to make a few different things that serves for lunches and also my dinners for this week! Crock pot spaghetti, hamburger patties and believe it or not Tofu. I am not a vegetarian but there are things I have had at Sis house that are good!

They made marinated, baked tofu, I said to them I will never eat tofu. Well I got brave and tried it and wow it was good! Her hubby shared his recipe with me and I am making it for my lunches for this week!

Now the one thing they will never ever get me to eat is sushi! I don’t do raw fish! tee hee!

I put the roast in my crock pot early this morning and it slow cooked all day long! Towards the end I added onion and potatoes. My house smells so good and this was a very good dinner!

It was perfect because the crock pot did all the work and I was able to do all my chores I needed to get done!

Here are some easy dinners for my week, Korean Rice Bowl using ground beef. Easy baked chicken thighs seasoned with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper  and some parmesan cheese and baked! I love chicken thighs because they have such wonderful flavor!

I am doing some baking too which will be shown in a separate post!
