My grandmother used to make chicken and dumplings on the stove. Sometimes she would make stuffed dumplings. A fond comfort food memory. I made some in my crockpot yesterday and wow it is so good!
I want to try it on the stove like my grandma used to do too!

I made veggie broth in my instant pot for my freezer for future soups! Dinner was this delicious pork steak and peas!

I made a tomato, cheese omelette this morning and it was tasty! I have a fond memory of my grandpa putting ketchup on eggs and that is where I learned how to do that! I loved my grandpa very much! He was basically my father!

Home made is so much better! I made buttermilk biscuits from scratch. Those from a can are full of preservatives and you can’t beat home made! I had some hamburger so I made a hamburger gravy! What a tasty Sunday breakfast!
