I had a special request for my Christmas Doily Pattern so here it is. The next time I start one I will post a tutorial for those who might like to see it. My adopted Grandma Mary taught me how to crochet 24 years ago and she gave me this pattern and it has been a favorite of mine all these years. Every time I make it I think of Grandma Mary!
This pattern came from Super Yarn Mart which doesn’t exist anymore.
Materials: 3 skeins of 4 ply yarn – 1 skein white, 1 skein red, 1 skein green. Crochet hooks “H” or “G” as desired. (Note, making these in any color either solid or as you please is so much fun too)!
Note: Work in back loop of each stitch throughout.
With Green, ch 5 and join to form a circle.
Round 1: Ch 3, and work 9 dc in circle, join with sl st.
Round 2: Ch 3, work 1 dc in same space, 2 dc in each dc around, join – 20 dc.
