Added some fringe to it and it gives the scarf pizazz!!!

I hope you and your families have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I used to get pretty darn depressed around any holiday because I sure do miss my family as they are all gone. I am doing much better in that department but it doesn’t erase the fact that I miss them. I have fond memories and I hold onto those! Creating my own traditions helps too!
I just completed this doily in Christmas colors and it turned out beautiful, I am proud of it!! My adopted Grandma Mary gave me this pattern in 1989, she gave me the gift of crochet and I love her for that! Fond memories!

Got up this morning and Bear and I had to go out on the deck and get pics of the beautiful clouds in the early sunrise!

This is “Lets go for a walk mama” pweeeeeeeze???, so we did and I fell, we came home and I rested a bit and then went out and tried it again. 
This house has pet geese and chickens. It is kewl watching them as we pass by.
I made a big batch of turkey noodle soup from our Thanksgiving leftover turkey. It is going to be so good tomorrow for our lunch!

P.S. Tell me if you like the backgrounds. I used photoshop’s “smudge” tool to turn the background into what you see. Jackson was sitting in his old man chair. I smudge it and used the colors of the chair to create that design. For Baylee, who was on the floor, I used her own hair to create the look.
Hubby and I took Bear for a walk, enjoyed this sea gull! I tried catching him in flight but wasn’t quick enough.

It is retro movie time for me! I just finished Star Wars the Phantom Menace!
Can you believe it was released May 19, 1999? Where has the time gone??? Yikes!
I loved Jar Jar Binks, he was hilarious! Tomorrow I will watch the second movie and by the end of the week I will have seen them all. Since it has been so long since I’ve seen them it is like watching a new movie! These are wonderful classics and had awesome cast in them!
I hope that your day went well! I was crocheting a flamingo but ended up throwing it out because there was an issue with the pattern in placement of the eyes. I might try that pattern again later and try to figure out how to deal with the pattern but I know to just step away when frustrated and come back to it at a later date.

I adore owls so I made me one! This is a Christmas Owl! His feathers would look much better in a variegated yard but since I didn’t have any on hand, he got green feathers! It looks more like a dress but it’s a hoot just the same! tee hee! Isn’t he the cutest???
I have my kitchen angel lit today, my sis Tracy gave her to me! Looks awesome in my kitchen and I think of her every time I look at it!
Bear and I went out in the cold crisp air this morning and enjoyed the sun starting to peak up in the sky!

Hubby and I got a lot of errands done today, Bear got to go too on each and every one and he loved it! He got his walk in today too so he is smiling!
I love big trains and it makes me happy when the engineer waves at me too, as I always wave and flirt with them! tee hee!

I am almost done with my crochet owl project and I can’t wait to post pics of him. I had to quit as my eyes were just getting tired! darn it, I am so close to having him completed! Hopefully tomorrow!

I just watched this movie and LOVED it! I adore Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard and they were both awesome in this love story!

Audrey Hepbern is classy, beautiful lady and Mr. Peppard is suave! Great movie! In my opinion it is a must see movie for favored chick flicks! I love old movies!

My sweet friend Davina at work didn’t have anyone to cover the first yellow line so she worked with the Station Agent and they let me take that run out today instead of my run. You know we are usually creatures of habit and I am definitely that, regular routines for my blondish brains! tee hee! But sometimes we get in such ruts and it can get old.
Well it was a special treat to operate a different route, see different scenery and get off work much earlier than normal!!!! I was in heaven! I had to concentrate much more too as I hadn’t been on the green/yellow line in such a long time! It was good to make my brain work a bit!!!
Here are my poodles (this weeks train pets) they got to see Expo Center, here we are in the cooooold dark morning waiting for our time to leave and take the passengers to their destinations!

On my way home from work I had to stop my car and look at the pretty horses again, this time I got to see their Shetland Pony! How cute is that!!!!!!!!! I would have loved to have been able to pet him! 
Sitting in my chair I noticed how the sunset was lightly kissing the leaves of the tree making it look golden! I love taking silhouette photos too! Nature is so beautiful! I hope that I never lose my vision and not be able to see it and enjoy it.
My husband and I saw this commercial on t.v. I think it was called Joe Boxer, the guys were moving their pelvises and bells were ringing each time, like jingle bells! I laughed so hard! I am easily amused as you can see! tee hee!
