I went and saw the Police Memorial in front of the Sheriff’s Office this morning. It is a very cool honorary for the fallen. So sorry for the loss of those lives while in the line of duty protecting our community! Beautiful tribute to them!

I want to my favorite country store this morning and got a bunch of fruit and vegetables! I came home and roasted beets and sweet potatoes and that is what I had for dinner! Wow so yummy! Now I’m watching HBO series Big Little Lies with Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman.

The Pioneer Courthouse is a fond building of mine! It is a Federal courthouse built in 1869, so fantastic a piece of history! I would love to be able to see the interior some day if possible!

Sis and I had never been in the Multnomah County Library so we visited it yesterday. It is pretty but wasn’t what we had expected. An employee said it was built in 1912. As many times as I go by the library you have an image in your mind of it. It is hard to explain. What was disappointing too is that there are a lot of homeless people sitting in there all aver the place.
I don’t get my books from a library because there is a time limit on how long you can have it and I love to own my own books! tee hee!
