Boa Says "Hi" Friends
I Washed My Baby!
My baby was all covered in ash and dirt. So I had to wash and dry him! Yes it’s a him cuz his name is Bear after my late beloved German Shepherd Bear. The color is black like my Boo Bear too! I sure miss him! I cried today for him! Seeing his collar made me cry! Part of healing process!
Thank goodness for my beloved Lucy to help me heal! She is very special too! I might have to name my other rig after her! Even though it is blue in color! Tee hee

Smokey Air…So Sad…
The last couple of days have been hard with the bad air quality due to the fires! Finally broke down and took my asthma med today. Here is a Lucy chuckle! I guess her food is better with her dirty dog kissed toys dropped in her dinner bowl! She is such a comic!

Busy Busy Day Today!
I got three walks in this morning with Lucy and then I did 35 minutes on my treadmill! Did house work, decided to wash my truck as it was bugging me! Can’t handle dirt! This was my husbands baby and now it is my baby! Going to wax my cars before winter but going to wait till it gets a little cooler in our weather before I do that! Next weekend I will wash my other car!
Once the garbage man gets all the cans emptied I can take a cool shower and get in jammies! I hope that you had a safe Labor Day weekend!

Twice Baked Sweet Potato Casserole Curry
I was too lazy to slice in half and scoop out the sweet potatoes to I did it casserole style and it has curry sauce in it too! Oh my gosh my lazy dish is so good! Tee hee!

Home Made Refried Beans In Instant Pot
I put pinto beans in jar with cooking directions for future use! Looks better than in the bag that can spill!
I made these beans in my Instant Pot pressure cooker and seasoned them well and added salsa and diced jalapeños. Put them in a corn tortilla from Trader Joe’s and it made for the perfect just right spicy lunch!
