I am always a little nervous using pressure cookers! I love my huge one I have but I just got this new baby one and I am trying it out with Baby Red Potatoes with rosemary and garlic!

Last weekend I tried to get Lucy into the tub for a bath but she remembered what happens in there and wanted no part of it! I thought how am I going to convince a 70 pound dog to get into the tub. I got everything ready, took her peanut butter cookie in there and had her collar on, convinced her to hop in and she did! Yay she got her bath!
She got her treat afterwards! She got two walks today and we saw this squirrel doing his balancing act with a keen eye on us!

I had to do something special for National Dog Day! I just whipped up home made peanut butter dog treat for Lucy! Oh my gosh the house smells so good and Lucy approved of her treats!
Now isn’t that just the cutest?? She has her own treat jar and she knows where it is stored too! Good thing she doesn’t know how to open it or she would!

Well Lucy and I did three walks this morning! Got it all in before it starts to get hot out! When we just got back she wanted to play tug of war! Wow that girl has energy! Wished I could bottle it up!
I am so proud of her! We stopped and talked to a construction builder and she let him pet her and she was so sweet! Yay she is sociable! I love that! We have never done three walks like that before! I have to keep her nice and trim too! Her vet doesn’t want her to put any more weight on than what she already has! Keeps it easy on her hips! She is helping me lose weight too! More fun than doing a boring treadmill! hahahaha

Lucy is helping me get back into shape! We did two walks today! Plus I had a bunch of chores so we are both tired! She has her second wind and it outside enjoying her yard!

On Sunday I like to cook for the work week! So I made home made soup and just finished making Baked Salmon! (ESKIMO Candy) I’m half Eskimo so I can say that! tee hee!
I made a new friend and he and his wife and kidlets are coming over today and I made them a surprise of a container of what I call “Andi’s Chocolate Chip Cookies” ! They are so good! My new friends are going to love them!
Mid week I will make my new taco recipe as I am too tired today to do anymore!
