I Love cows so I thought it befitting I get this cow Bear! I had this cute Dr Bear custom made for my primary care doctor. I will run it out to his office one of these days! He is a wonderful dr and I wanted to honor him with a gift for all of his hard work!

I Hired a tree service to remove my arborvitae trees today. It is too much for me to keep them trimmed every year. My husband used to do that but since he is in heaven, I simply can’t do it. I know that my neighbor appreciates them gone too as they were always growing over on his side of the fence.
now I can plant some pretty flowers in this spot.
The tree man was so good and took a branch from my neighbors yard and put it in the grinder too for me at my request. They had lost a branch from their tree, and since he was here with the grinder I thought it would be a nice gesture to help them out too.

I went to my friends house and went to church with her. Here is her Wheaton Terrier and her daughter’s Wheaton Terrier. They are very sweet dogs and I am fond of them. Laddie really likes me and was wanting to hog all the love from the other dog. Too funny

I had some ham and decided to make a ham noodle casserole much like my Grandma used to make. In fact this is her casserole dish I inherited. The only thing that was missing is mushrooms. Next time I will add those to the casserole.
My dinner brought back fond memories, I was in need of comfort food today as it was a cold and very nippy day.

I am sure I didn’t spell the food correctly but it tasted oh so good! My friend had Pho and Bubble Tea. The texture of the bubble tea is weird!!! tee hee! I loved the Vietnamese Iced Coffee! My Pad Tai was so good, I should have brought half of it home but I ate the whole thing! I won’t be needing to eat dinner tonight as I am so full! Nothing wrong with that!
We had a great time and I want to do that again!

Bear had to go to a specialist this morning and they drew blood to run a special test to make sure he doesn’t have something fungal going on in his nose. We wait for the test results before she goes further. Bear was a very good boy with her today, I am so proud of him!

My Fire Fighter bear just arrived today and I had it personalized with “Smokey”. See my cute little Steiff Bear and my Pink Flamingo which is next to Nathan’s Bald Eagle!
I also got my lavender Lamby which can be microwaved to put on your neck!!!

I made this yummy dish today, put olive oil in cast iron pan, add “Zootles ~ noodles made out of zucchini” using a spiralizer. Add halved Compari tomatoes, spiraled carrots, Ham chunks and season with Basil. Heat until warmed and top with fresh parmesan cheese!
Healthy spaghetti like dish but no pasta!!! So very tasty
