Happy 10th Birthday to Bear…..
I still call him baby boy, he always will be my baby boy! He is 10 years old today and has graced out house for all those wonderful years and we hope for many more! He delights and gives us chuckles, we are always amazed at how smart he is! He knows so many words and he has his favorites.
When we play soccer ball with him Bear has his rules and wants you to play by them too!

Spinach and Mushrooms Snack….
Next time I will put in a lot more spinach, but my snack tasted good! I put fresh mushroom and fresh spinach in a pan with some olive oil, sea salt and fresh garlic and sauteed them!
Made for a yummy snack!
