I like making simple, fast lunch menu ideas! So for this weeks lunch menu, I Sautéd onion, mushrooms, broccoli in olive oil until tender. In the mean time I had whole grain elbow pasta cooking.
When el dente, drained and added to the vegetables. Added roasted bell peppers and a jar of Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce!
Tada! A very yummy simple dish for my lunch tomorrow!

I wanted a very easy meal to fix, so I threw some frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of Marinara sauce and some chicken broth for added juices! Whipped up some mashed potatoes and french bread and we had a very tasty dinner!

I woke up this morning with a doozie of a headache and fighting to get it under control. Aspirin and heating pad is helping! I am just hoping it isn’t a migraine! I am going to see my primary care physician and have him write me a prescription for physical therapy for my shoulders. I want to build strength in them and I am hoping that will help alleviate migraines!!! After having had physical therapy on my knee I am impressed how well it did me!

Our yard is simple grass which is especially for Bear our German Shepherd! So on our walks we always stop and enjoy all the flowers and plants we see in other people’s yards! A treat for the eyes!
