I was vey nicely sound asleep and got woken up by a noisy neighbor doing his band practice with the base all the way up shaking everyone’s walls! I got dressed and walked to their house but no answered the door. So the next best thing was to call the police non emergency line. The dispatcher was very nice and said she would send an officer over to the house!

How rude to ruin peoples sleep! Yikes there’s going to be a crazy looking Blondie out there! tee hee

He can still do his band practice just turn the base way down to not disturb people. He needs to put sound proofing in his garage too! Geesh!
