Blondie’s Kitchen, Bear Smiles…
I wanted something different for my lunches for work. So I cooked up some Jasmine Rice (my dear friend whom I had adopted as my grandma, got me hooked on Jasmine Rice)!
I cooked up carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, leafy greens (spinach and arugula) in some olive oil along with Hillshire Farms Chicken Kielbasa oil tender! Then poured a mix of soy sauce, cornstarch and chicken broth!
That will be this weeks yummy lunch!!!!

Saturday Happenings….
We are having hot temps in our neck of the woods, we are so enjoying our central air in our home!
Being a German Shepherd mama we love seeing them on tv too! This is one in a commercial that cracks me up!
I am watching CSI Miami and they had several German Shepherds in the everglades searching for the bad guy and of course Bear watches tv too and barked at the tv! I love it that he knows dogs and cats on tv and reacts to them! He looks back at me so proud like “I got them mama”!

Jackson Tower
I adore downtown building with character! This building was started in 1909 and completed in 1912. The Oregon Journal resided there from 1948 until 1951. It was named the Jackson Tower to honor the newspaper’s founder Charles Samuel Jackson.
At the top of the building houses a beautiful clock which no longer functions.

Unwanted Guest On My Train Dash…
Ok, I know it is silly of me but I am afraid of bees. I like to operate with my cab window open and it is getting that time of year where bees fly in. This guy was moving around a lot on my dash and I was trying really hard not to have a panic attack!
I asked the dispatcher if a supervisor could meet me to get it out of my cab for me. The supervisor was going to endeavor to meet me to help. Luckily the bee flew out but in the process almost went into my face, YIKES!
That is my little phobia! Happy Friday wishes tomorrow friends! Woo Hoo

My train broke down so I was in the siding that you could see the Broadway Bridge.
I saw a flock of geese on my break today. And of course my Eeyore Train Pet buddy!
