This photo shows the true color much better than the other posting I had done on it. Flash made it look like a much different green. This will be a two color textured afghan when I am done! Yay no mistakes this time have been made and I am getting closer and closer to the color change part!
I get excited when I successfully make knitted projects because I am much better at crochet and have been doing that for many years!
Knitting is a fun challenge on the brain!

I went to the pharmacy today and saw these tulips and baby daffodils and bought them to give hubby a little bright spot! They are his favorite flowers!
I made this for our dinner today, slow cooked yummy chuck roast with potatoes and carrots! Wow it is fantastic!

First up, Swedish meatballs and sauce for spaghetti! Second up, browned onions and carrots top the chuck roast and cooks in the oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours! Wallah, food for the week!
That was my 4 a.m. adventure, get all my cooking done today and then tomorrow I don’t have to cook tomorrow!
Hubby is going to get breakfast chops and hash browns for breakfast!

This week was Grumpy Cat week! I loved the window cling cat! Way too funny!
I had fun spoiling my fellow train operators today, setting up their trains and leaving a note and chocolates on their dashes! I got of work really early and was able to walk my dog, go grocery shopping, check the mail and get our prescriptions and make hubby our dinner!
Yay tomorrow is laundry day and craft fun! Woo Hoo!

Bear is smiling because he and I went for our walk after I got home from work! The one on the right, he jumped up in my lap and I know he was thinking “If I lay on mama’s lap she can’t go to work”!
I love our snuggle time! He’s my big baby boy!
