Bear smiles all of the time but he is especially happy when Friday comes around because he knows he gets his mommy all weekend! tee hee! He gets to be with his papa everyday but he wants to be with mama too!

I sure do miss seeing the Caboose at the end of the trains! It was a manned North American railroad car coupled at then end of a freight train. They provided shelter for crew at the end of a train who were long required for switching and shunting and they also kept a lookout for load shifting, damage to equipment and cargo and overheating axles.
In the 1980’s the Caboose became a thing of the past. With modern technology such as lineside defect detectors and FRED = Flashing Rear End Device, they were able to reduce crew personnel and phase out the caboose.
Now the caboose are generally only used on rail maintenance or hazardous materials trains, or on heritage and tourist railroads.

We got a new box for our tv so we can have netflix. You would think the company would keep their customers updated on the latest equipment but if you don’t jump up and down and yell and scream, tee hee you don’t get the new equipment!
