The East Wind was howling big time in Gresham this morning! Brrrr it was cold! I took a pic of the new Type 5 car in our train yard this morning.

I have a kind of 70’s shag type hair style going and I love it! I was teasing my hair stylist that I could be a rock star with my Rockin’ Hairdo! 🙂 I told her it reminded me of Rod Stewart for some reason!!!!
I need to make mine stand up higher to match his!!! tee hee! The stuffed animal I am holding is named Fred (in honor of our neighbor’s dog Freddie) I got him at Jared. Every year we donate a case to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and I always get one for me too!
I hope you enjoyed the chuckles about my hair! By the way I love Rod Stewart!!! Great musician!

Here’s what’s cooking in my kitchen……
Because I had some other things I needed to get done, a crock pot dinner was just the ticket and I didn’t want to spend a lot of time preparing it!
In the pot went 3 jars of your favorite variety of spaghetti sauce (I used Kroger brand)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
Frozen Meatballs, I threw in 40 of the little guys
Italian Seasoning to taste
Onion (my personal rule is to slow cook the onion in my fry pan till they get transparent) I don’t like raw onion taste in my food so I always take the time to do this step before adding to my dish.
Let the crock pot do it thing for about 4 hours on high, then cook up your spaghetti (as you can see I had to use other ~shells and macaroni~ cuz I didn’t have spaghetti in my pantry) grrrr 🙂
We had awesome french bread with it! A very quick and easy and yummy dish!

My husband knows how much I like actor Mark Harmon and he bought me a movie that he did several years ago. The Deliberate Stranger, this movie is based on the true story of the life of Theodore (Ted) Robert Bundy, the serial killer who committed heinous crimes in Washington State, Utah, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho and California.

That takes a great actor to portray such a horrific type person!!!! He did a fantastic job in this movie.
People close to Bundy believed in him, he had a charismatic approach to people and he used it to gain peoples trust.
We often wonder what murderers or rapists look like, we expect them in our minds to look like monsters, but they are just plain ordinary people who have evil hearts.
I prefer Mr. Harmon as a good guy as in NCIS, it is nice to see that he has such versatility in his acting ability but he will always be Gibbs to me!!!!!
If you haven’t seen the movie, I recommend it! Kudos to all the law enforcement who worked so hard and with such dedication to get this serial killer behind bars and convicted.

A wonderful former passenger of mine met my train this morning at 6th and Madison, (he works near there in the Federal Courthouse), he took the time to bring me this delicious Lemon Pound Cake treat! That gesture made my day big time!!!!!
Our parking lot at work this morning was iced over pretty good! I had to be very careful walking in this morning!
Pretty view near Good Samaritan Hospital, I had an appointment there this afternoon. Got there way early so took a few pics!
Have a wonderful weekend! Hugz Blondie and Boo Bear
“Bear” Rug…. he was snuggling near mommy and letting me rub his back with my feet!
Bear had a keen eye on the squirrel walking on the fence rail! I was bummed it came out blurry but I had to take the pic fast!
