This neighborhood friend as I call him is enjoying the shade on his mansion property. He is used to Bear and I walking by his property now and he doesn’t bark which is kewl! Hi there our fur friend!

Chop lickin’ good!!!! 
Paprika Pork Chops
4 large pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 375 deg.
Brush meat with teriyaki sauce.
Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and coat the foil with olive oil. Place the pork chops in the dish.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger, and paprika. Sprinkle 1/2 of this spice mixture on the chops.
Bake the chops, or cook on a grill for 10 minutes.
Turn the chops, coat with remaining spice mixture, and bake until cooked thoroughly but not overdone, about another 10 minutes. I did mine a little longer.
Lick your chops and enjoy! tee hee

This morning I got a long walk in with Bear then met my Sis Andi for breakfast and had a very nice visit with her. We went for a walk too in a beautiful park near her house!
I had a shrimp omlette and it was solo good!

I always love my visits with her! After my visit I came home and mowed our lawn, the start of our yard care season!

Yeeha! I have this meat grinder on order!
I am excited about this for more than one reason! It is sturdy, cast iron and will make awesome ground meat for sandwiches etc. it brings back wonderful memories as my grandma had one and she used hers a lot!
