My friend Kat shared her recipe for Banana Blueberry Muffins and they are really good. I named them after her!
2 cups oats
2 mashed ripe bananas
2/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup blueberries
Mix and bake at 375 Deg for 25 min.
I doubled the recipe! What I like about this is there is no sugar added!

Happiness is having my Monday off as a vacation day! yeeeha! Loving it! Happiness is, the sun is out shining bright!
Daffodil starting to fade it’s beauty. Still has some shine! 
Bear and I pass a lovely huge home, I call it the Mansion, they have two large dogs who guard their property. When they first saw us a long time ago they would bark like crazy but today the didn’t because they remember us from before and know we are not a threat. They are more just curious. Beautiful dogs. I think this guy is a husky or malamute and his playmate is a chow. You don’t see the chow in the pic, he was running along the fence watching us. 
I am getting ready to start the other ear for my bunny, I wrote out my map ahead of time so to speak to keep track of my rows and color map! It’s good to plan ahead! Makes it easy to not make mistakes!!!! I want a perfect bunny you know!!!!

I started this morning by making my husband and me my home made buttermilk pancakes and bacon for breakfast!
I have been in the mood for Harrison Ford movies so I watched Regarding Henry
The story is about a New York City lawyer who struggles to regain his memory and recover his speech and mobility after he survives a shooting. After the shooting Henry is a totally different person than what he was.
I loved this movie and you just can’t go wrong with a Harrison Ford movie in my opinion!
I even got some crocheting in today! I had taken a couple weeks off from my crocheting. This is a big ear for my quite large bunny that I am making! The colors are deep purple and sunflower yellow! Hubby and I are laughing at how large my bunny is turning out but I love him!

My baby boy was very content sleeping near his Mommy this morning! He is definitely my baby! 
I just made hubby and me a healthy salad for dinner. This morning I simmered two whole chickens on the stove so some went into our salad. We have it now to make chicken sandwiches. I saved the chicken stock and put it in the freezer. I even made my own home made buttermilk salad dressing! Yum! Fresh is so much better! 
I watched an old movie on Amazon, called The Bishop’s Wife. It is a 1947 Samuel Goldwyn romantic comedy. You can’t go wrong with a Cary Grant movie! He is so debonaire! This movie stars Cary Grant, Loretta Young, she is gorgeous, and also David Niven. The story is about an angel who helps a bishop with his problems.
In 1996 this movie was remade as The Preacher’s Wife starring Denzel Washington, Whitney Houston and Courtney B. Vance. Some day I will have to watch the remake also!

I think birds understand more about us than we do about them. This penguin seemed to have me figured out. I had no idea what was on his mind. He seemed quite curious and unafraid. But, if he didn’t like me he is perfectly capable of regurgitating his stomach contents at me to discourage my presence. All I can say is that I am glad he seemed to like me! Birds in the far southern latitudes are less afraid of humans because they see much less of them. Smart birds.

I made the mistake of buying a dark coffee, it looks rich and beautiful but it is way too strong and on the bitter side for me!
