This chuck roast and vegetables slow cooked in my oven all day! It makes my house smell so good of comfort food! Plus I didn’t have to have my furnace on since the oven was heating my house all day! tee hee!
Today was a day where I needed very easy cooking meals as I don’t feel 100%, so I let my oven and my crock pot do the work! Now I have nice easy meals all ready for this weeks lunches or dinners!

Early this morning I put chicken things in the crock pot and made a teriyaki sauce to pour over them. Wow they are fall apart tender and so yummy! I am about to make some rice to mix in with these!
I also have a chuck roast in the oven that has been slow cooking all morning too! I needed easy today!

I had leftover Reese’s Candies and decided to put them into muffins! Oh my gosh my house smells so good! I will make a batch of these to take to my Minion’s Day with my gal pals! They will love them with our coffee and one Minion’s Pepsi!

I was inspired by someone and made my own turkey hash and wow! Great way to use your leftovers for a new turkey meal! Awesome flavor! I used onions that were slow sautéed, turkey (the star), stuffing, gravy, yummy corn dish, carrots all of which my dear friend gave me! A day after Thanksgiving labor of love leftovers meal! I am going to freeze leftover turkey that I have in the fridge for a future soup for this winter!

I got to see my friend at her horse show and I adore her horse Autumn! She is very sweet and she liked me! She is a beauty!

This is the best chicken and noodle soup I have ever made! I did this in a two day process and the flavor is so worth it! I added home made from scratch noodles, my dear friend adopted Grandma Mary’s recipe!
I will always make chicken soup this way from now on! So worth it!

Today I made Sis Tracy’s Portuguese Potato & Kale Soup! I am not a vegetarian but I have had some pretty fantastic meals at her house! This soup is a huge favorite!
I had two roast chicken carcasses with quite a bit of meat on them still and didn’t want to waste them! So I threw them in the crock pot this morning and they have been slow cooking all day! I will remove the bones and tomorrow all that goodness will be made into soup as well! This time of year soup is so good for the soul!
I didn’t really want to go out and mow today, but with the weather being nice I had to go and do it! Gizmo was enjoying the freshly mowed yard!

I had lots of fun with my minions, although one of the minions wasn’t there that day and we missed her! My Sis treated me by stopping so we could feed the alpacas! We always try to do things that one of us have not done! This was joyous!
