I was nervous and that’s to be expected, but the staff joked around with me and did everything to keep me comfortable through my procedure!
I had my cataract removed!

Bear and I did our full loop walk this morning, I wished I had my better camera with me but the silhouettes are cute anyhow!
He was chattering at me and watching us like a hawk! I’m surprised he didn’t take off! I don’t know how they can not be afraid to be up there! They have wonderful balance! I was thinking at the time I took this pic is “Please don’t poop on me”!!!! tee hee

Not too bad for point and shoot as I drive home by the river. I would have loved to have gotten a better pic of it but have not yet found a good place to pull over to capture it. I will one of these days!

While waiting for my passengers to board my train I noticed how cute my Snoopy and Woodstock can see their reflection in the window! A great way to show you my adorable train pets of the week! I told my husband when one of my passengers de-boarded downtown, as he was crossing the street, he saw my little animals and got a big grin on his face!
Yay I made someone’s day, even a grown man liked my little animals! That is pretty darn kewl! I love bringing smiles to others faces of all ages! I did my duty for the day in my silly little way!

The other day I captured the sun kissing our big tree in our yard!
This time of year our yard looks like a park. During the hot weather it doesn’t. We have the wrong type of grass in our yard and it isn’t worth wasting water trying to keep it alive. That’s ok because to us our yard is for our baby boy Bear!!!! He loves his yard and that is what is important!!!!!
When we can afford to we will make the front of our house spiffy and an oasis to look at but the yard is for Boo Bear!

I will have to go and get a better pic of this house. It came out blurry, hard to take pics when my dog is pulling me on our walks! tee hee! This house is 100 years old and has a sign in front saying so. Pretty Kewl!!

Tomorrow I go in for cataract surgery! YIKES! It’s hard not to be nervous but I am not worried! I know it is a very common surgery and I know that I have a very good doctor! It will be so nice to be able to see again clearly!

This beauty is near an elevator we use to get to our car, at the hospital. We went to the hospital for Nathan’s cancer update to see if he is still in remission. All his blood work turned out great! 
Lance Armstrong is a hero for my husband. What is cool is my husband’s first cancer doctor was the same doctor that treated Lance Armstrong. 
Nathan got his doctor to autograph the book. It would have been totally awesome if he could have gotten Mr. Armstrong’s autograph too and have been able to meet him. That would have been a dream come true for him.
There are a few of the nursing staff that we have become attached to and this man is one. He is Native American and he used to have long beautiful hair that was is a braid. He cut it all off and we are sad for that. Here Nathan is getting a blood draw for the doctor. The Nurse told us in the room that he found out his mom has leukemia, she lives in New Mexico. He said he cut his hair because of stuff going on in his life. It makes us sad to hear his bad news. I wonder if it is a way of him mourning. We didn’t want to pry too much in his private life. He is such a nice man!
Thank you for reading my great news! As much as my husband has been through it is such a relief to hear good news. We found out just recently that his Uncle who has the same type of cancer is not doing well.
