My Friend Gave Me Top Ramen Dinner Idea!
I fried up some baby chops, the cut into small pieces. Boiled the ramen noodles according to directions then drained. Fried onion along with the chops. Throw all into the pan, season with sesame oil, soy sauce and fry til you like them! Next time I will use a non stick pan because I want the noodles crispy!
Thanks to my sweet friend Melissa for sharing an easy make meal on a Friday night! It’s coffee time cuz I am not going to bed at 4! Grrrrr

I took this awesome photo of Lucy this morning! She is my little princess! She seems so dainty but she is a solid girl and she sure isn’t dainty when she drinks her water! tee hee, when she drinks her water I call her Miss Piggy! I bought a rubber tray to put under her water bowl!
She sure has fit in perfectly with my life! We are a great match! I hope you love her portrait too! I am going to have this made into a print to hang on my wall!

Actor John Heard passed away. I remember him from the movies Home Alone and Home Alone 2 Lost in New York, the movie Big, NCIS Los Angeles, Sopranos, CSI Miami, the movie Deceived. He has a lot to his credit of work! I liked him.
It is sad to hear of good talent passing away! Condolences to his family and loved ones.

I had fun at my friend Michelle’s house. This city girl got to see her horses and her cute Donkey! They were so sweet! I am glad that they liked me!

My Gift & My Dinner….
My Sis and Brother Andi gave this awesome gift to honor my dog Bear! I love it!!!!! It was sooo good to see them too and Lucy was so good and played with them! I am proud of her!
Tonight’s dinner was oven baked yams, oven roasted cauliflower seasoned with curry and red pepper flakes, cottage cheese and a small piece of steak. The rest of the two steaks will be in my lunches this week!
