I have Mississippi Pot Roast cooking in the crock pot, and fried cabbage cooking on the stove! This has half of regular cabbage and half of red cabbage, bacon, onion, Hillshire farms sausage and seasonings!
I cannot wait to try this! Yay, I am a southern cook wannabe!

Ok I had bought accidentally the wrong type of gravy, so drove to the store this morning and got the right one! Have to make my pot roast right!!!!! I am bad about not reading the labels correctly at the store! tee hee! Blondie oops moments!

I caught a pic of Bear eating the snow! He enjoyed the short walk! I was in the mood for home made Asian Chicken & Broccoli over a bed of Jasmine Rice! Ohhh so good!

It took a bit to get trains out of the yard this morning. One thing about working in this type of weather is that the passengers are so happy to see you when you pull into the platforms!!!!
I made a special delivery for a trainer to a nice lady downtown and she gave me a Starbucks gift card for delivering her package to her! I call it “Rail Mail” tee hee!

Now I can display my grandmother’s china that I inherited! My Eskimo artifacts are displayed among them! I am half Eskimo and I inherited those from my mom!
Down below in the cupboard are my everyday china that Sis Andi gave me! Plus there are some china in there that belonged to my husband!
My Grandmother’s china has been sitting in my cedar chest since 2001! Now they have an awesome spot to be shown off!

I started the new Year off with Breakfast with my good friend & Sis Jeanine at the Black Bear Diner! We had a great long overdue visit and wonderful breakfast and enjoyed a visit from their mascot Bear! Jeanine’s doggies were checking out the bear I gave her as a gift!
