I was on my break and heard this loud noise overhead, then saw a glimpse of this helicopter flying away. I was hoping he would come back and Yay he did and I was able to get pics!!!!

On my way home from work it was 92 degrees outside and I saw a man walking his little dog on the hot cement. I looked up online and in the sun in that temp the cement can be 135 degrees our higher. Those poor feet of of the doggy had to be burning up!!!
I get up early before work so I can walk my dog in the summer because I won’t take him after work in the hot heat! He enjoys our air conditioned home with us!

All these sunflower faces are facing East. It just struck me as funny and cool! I imagine they like to face the morning sun!
I enjoy people and of course I adore dogs! This nice lady who was headed for my train was nice enough to let me take her photo of her and her cute doggy! She made my day and I hope that I made hers as well! Share the smiles and make people’s day worth while!

Bear has a growth on top of his head and Doctor said it looks benign but it should be removed. We will have it removed on September 10th, she will look at his hips and ears and trim nails and make sure my Frosted Face pooch is ship shape!
He loves her, she is so good and gentle with him!

Have a splendid Wednesday! Thursday, Friday and Saturday our temps will be pretty high so things have to be done very early in the mornings! Hibernating in the AC for the weekend and and after work!

Grumpy Cat was sporting my shades in sunny Hillsboro this afternoon! He is happy even though he is sporting a grumpy face! tee hee!
I stopped at the store to get some bread after work and was shocked to see “Wonder Bread” I had to buy a loaf, this brings back fond memories because a long time ago my grandpa worked for Wonder Bread! We grew up on that bread! Fond memories!
I was a good girl and dug out my Jenny Craig exercise bar and DVD. I only made it through part of the work out because I am not used to it but in a few weeks I will be doing much better at it!
