Curry Rice
I tried a vegan curried rice recipe from allrecipes.com. It is good! All I had was minute rice and this would be much better with a rice you cook for 15 to 20 minutes, that way all the flavors can infuse together better!
I am going to try other curry recipes, I love curry! My grandma used to make good curried rice and this brings back fond memories!

Today’s Old Movie Watch……
Imagine yourself being lost at sea on an island for 5 years and coming back to find out that your husband or wife has moved on and remarried because they believe you are deceased.
Today I watched Move Over, Darling which is a 1963 remake of the 1940 comedy My Favorite Wife. This remake starred the beautiful Doris Day and of course the handsome James Garner! I love old movies and glad that I saw this one today!
Watching classics is so awesome and different from movies you see today. I am not saying today’s stuff isn’t good but you just have to love the classics too!
Now off to watch The Godfather! Another awesome set of movies!

I hope that your Tuesday was awesome and uneventful! I am proud of myself making it yesterday and today through work with a migraine. It didn’t affect my vision this time so I didn’t need to mark off! Yay! Migraines suck big time!

I worked today and managed to get through the day with a migraine. My pics are packed away and too hard to get to at the moment so I can’t post pics of my sister and my Grandpa to honor their memory today. I miss them. Both of them were in the Air Force.

The evening goes by way too fast but I managed to get my pork chops in the oven and cooked for this weeks meals! Yesterday hubby had halibut and I had salmon for dinner.
