Getting Back into Living Again! It Takes pushes Motivation!
I sauté bacon and then onion in them for flavor.bacon bits that is! Then added baby portobellos,zucchini’s kale, spinach, Roma tomatoes, kosher salt, pepper then some cayenne for kick. Garlic and red wine. Also add grated Parmesan cheese. Yummy, easy mostly healthy meal! I always have to,add a little bit of bad in there!

Home Made Soup and Broth
I am busy stocking my freezer with home made goodness! This weekend I made chicken in the instant pot and packaged it for the freezer along with the broth! Then I made home made Northern Bean soup! Two containers in the freezer for future meals!
It is so nice to have make ahead meals so all I have to do is thaw it out heat it up!

I used my instant pot to make this fall of the bone chicken. It is so good and the broth! Wow what flavor and it cooks quickly for a yummy tasty meal!

Lucy’s Christmas Presents from Aunt Tina
Lucy got lots of nice things for Christmas! Some of the things will have to go to goodwill because of her strong jaws, she would end up ingesting the plastic toys, and some of the balls she got are way too small for her and she could choke on them.
She is a happy puppy!
